- Focus on project execution drawings and detailed development plans incorporating lighting design and product selection
- Take charge of projects from conceptual phase all through development, finalization, and delivery
- Manage, support, and service the client's account with a strategic approach
- Oversee projects through different stages, organize the schedule to meet deadlines, communicate with different parties to satisfy client expectations
- Address client concerns and inquiries efficiently to ensure timely solutions and recurrent follow-up
- Proactively retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with clients and end users
- Co-ordinate through various departments and ensure clear communication within teams to achieve quality results within a set deadline

- Proficient in AutoCAD and able to understand plans and basic architectural information
