Duties
- Manager of the Design Atelier
- Working closely with the designers
- Working closely with the upholsterers
- Preparing fabric pieces & assemblage in anticipation of upholstery
- Developing new pieces/techniques/assemblage/shapes closely with the head pattern cutter and designers.
- Heading new design projects – brainstorming – action-ing ideas creatively.
- In charge of fabric inventory
- In charge of ordering supplies of the atelier
- Managing the atelier team under your direction
- In charge of quality control of finished pieces
