theOtherDada is seeking a highly motivated Architect with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate should be based in Lebanon or have a valid work permit. The candidate must have initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, capable of the following job description:
- Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD (2d and 3d) and 3d Rendering (on 3d max, Rhino or other software)
- An interest in Deep Sustainability and environmentally sensitive design
- Good model making skills
- Experience in All Design Phases (concept, design development, site supervision and coordination, etc.)
- Project Planning and Scheduling (timeline, submittals, list of drawings, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (excellent team player, project correspondence, etc.)
- Coordination with Other Consultants (mechanical and structural engineers, lighting designers, Landscape Architects etc.)
- Organization Skills (set up an efficient working practice, file naming, etc.)
- Passion for research ( sustainability, materials, technology, etc.)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- An activist mentality and passion for the arts is a plus
