Interior Designer - Trend - Lebanon

- Understanding individual clients' needs and the needs of the people using a define space, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs;
- Maintain an awareness of market trends, fashion, local and international competition, taking a proactive approach to keep the company as market leaders in home fashion image and display.
- Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients. Projects may take place in a range of settings including office spaces and domestic properties.
- Researching and gathering information and photographs related to project.
- Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees.
- Preparing PO's for local design manufacturing and coordinating the invoice issuance and collection with the accounting department.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, using computer-aided design (CAD) software for both local and Boconcept furniture.
- Make the relevant visit to the customer's place of residence to ensure all work is carried out correctly.
- Supervising work at the design stage and on-site; measurements, workflow and final display.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
