Sustainability Consultant - SETS - Lebanon

The suitable candidate shall be a degree qualified professional (electrical, mechanical, environmental or construction management) with 5-6 years of experience in a similar role. He must be a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) with hands-on experience in administering the entire certification process of medium/large scale projects according to the ‘New Construction & Major Renovation’ and the ‘Core & Shell’ LEED rating systems or other sustainability certification schemes as applicable.

The applicant must have completed at least 2 LEED-certified projects while serving in a similar role. Previous involvement in the Estidama Pearl rating system and Qatar Sustainability Assessment System (QSAS) is desirable

Looking for a talented and motivated interior designer/architect, to join our Site Supervision Team in our office in Doha-Qatar; Design, coordinate and supervise interior design projects from the Conceptual phase through Schematic Design, Design Development, and onto execution drawings, with the possibility of doing materials/fixtures selections.

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Interior Design Field/ Architecture
- 6 years + experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3 years + experience in site supervision fit-outs works.
- Experience in detail drawing techniques and procedures.
- Solid experience in execution drawings and details in fit-outs
- Solid background in building materials and fixtures.
- Knowledge in MEP & structural coordination procedures.
- Strong understanding of design principles and professional practice and standards.
- Good personal time management.
- Team work personality and commitment.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight time schedule.
- Ability to manage others.
- Solid understanding of Project tracking procedures.
- Ability to be responsible for more than one project at the same time.
- Willing to travel for frequent project meetings.
- Good communication skills ( Arabic and English are a must, knowledge of French also preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or later) Microsoft Office experience is a must.
