- Performing and supervising architectural works on Site.
- Checking of architectural tender drawing documents.
- Checking of architectural shop drawing documents.
- Coordination between electro-mechanical, structural and architectural drawings.
- Frequent Site Visit for Supervision and following or upon request.
- As built drawing checking on site and with shop drawing.
- Preparing list during handing over phase.
- Doing all paper works related to the site activities, and as follow:
- Daily inspection request
- Site Clarification
- Activities progress request
- Reviewing and approving all the reports and documents related to site activities, as follows:
- Daily construction reports
- Weekly construction reports.
- Approval of technical
- Performs other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of his qualifications.
- Performs Value Engineering.
- Progress meeting attendance and record keeping
